| Dr. Fox has an MA in Economic Development and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with an undergraduate degree in vocational training. In addition to extensive leadership experience in educational and training program management, marketing and training curriculum development, Dr. Fox has 20 years of direct business experience in the wholesale and retail industries. As former President of a chain of retail stores, Dr. Fox brings real-world expertise to marketing and training delivery with an outstanding track record of delivering total client satisfaction with excellent return on client training investment dollars. |

Sharon Tate
Public Relations
Ms. Tate holds an MA from UCLA in Apparel Design and was both an instructor and an
emeritus administrator for Los Angeles community colleges for 23 years. Ms. Tate has experience in marketing and
public relations and is RCAT’s public relations guru for all industries and the broad base of RCAT clients.
Eloise Cantrell
Culinary and Food Service
Dr. Cantrell has an MA and doctorate in Food Service Management and Administration and is also a certified Executive Chef.
Dr. Cantrell brings her culinary expertise and just-in-time food industry skill training knowledge to RCAT clients. Her extensive background with Southern California restaurants in food safety handling and certification is unique to the food service management requirements of businesses in Southern California.
