Specialized Training Facilities

Culinary arts practical training and training not requiring lab applications or special equipment will be held at the RCAT Training Academy, or on-site at your location. Hands-on practical, safety, food handling, and equipment training will utilize the advanced food preparation and safety labs on the Los Angeles Mission College campus.
