Staff

The RCAT Culinary training staff consists of experienced instructors with solid industry background, education and training. Many trainers hold advanced degrees in Food Service, Hospitality or Service Management and have been recognized as leaders in their fields. 

The Culinary training staff includes trainers fluent in English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Armenian and other languages. Training is available in any language.
